Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Raising bookings, answering calls and managing inboxes on behalf of our customers
- Liaising with the operational teams across XPAuto
- Ensuring fleet inventory is up to date
- Liaising with customer teams
- Attending monthly reviews when appropriate
- Managing customer queries, issues, and complaints
- Running daily reports
- Sending 48 and 24-hour text messages
- Managing all PCO vehicles, test booking and renewals
- Running all weekly reports
- Identifying any new initiatives to improve fleet management
- Managing the vehicle damage/recharge and debtors list
