Account Coordinator

Our Account Coordinators support the busy team managing fleets on behalf of class-leading OEMs.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Raising bookings, answering calls and managing inboxes on behalf of our customers
  • Liaising with the operational teams across XPAuto
  • Ensuring fleet inventory is up to date
  • Liaising with customer teams
  • Attending monthly reviews when appropriate
  • Managing customer queries, issues, and complaints
  • Running daily reports
  • Sending 48 and 24-hour text messages
  • Managing all PCO vehicles, test booking and renewals
  • Running all weekly reports
  • Identifying any new initiatives to improve fleet management
  • Managing the vehicle damage/recharge and debtors list
