Carl Smith

Carl has worked in the automotive fleet Industry for 16 years, initially qualifying as a Level 3 Technician in 2001.  He has held a number of supervisory roles, overseeing large manufacturer teams of Technicians and Master Technicians.

He joined the team at XPAuto as Technical Services Manager to develop the technical capability of the workshop.  He has also set up a Parts and Warranty facility. Carl now oversees the whole of the Technical Services Department at XPAuto including 2 workshops, Smart Repair, the valet function, plus the set up of a parts and warranty facility.
